Everybody agrees that children from the very young age develop their one developing creativity. But what is creativity? You can tell that Creativity is as natural and necessary for children as fresh air and sunshine.

In children, creativity develops from their experiences with the process, rather than concern for the finished product>>, according to Mary Ann Kohl who is an art educator and the author of numerous art activity books and award-winning art idea books for children.

Talking about creativity, in her article “Fostering Creativity” she writes: <<Creativity is not to be confused with talent, skill, or intelligence. Creativity is not about doing something better than others, it is about thinking, exploring, discovering, and imagining[…] Research shows that children who draw frequently do better in reading and math and will shine at focusing on learning tasks>>.
