Danae, a nine years old girl, is reading an extract of the poem “The language given to me was greek” of the Greek poet Odysseas Elytis, who was awarded the Nobel Prize of Literature in 1979. She made the drawing and this video as part of a project she was given while studying in a Primary School in Germany! The project was about “The Greek Language”. Listen to her impressive recitation.
